Through a couple of trades I am lucky enough to have three top picks in the first round of our draft. I have the first. third and sixth picks overall. My first pick is going to be Pujols. After that I am not totally sure which way to go. the owner of the second pick has said he will take Sizemore. But I think he could take Reyes or even Howard with the # 2. Heres my team. And heres a list of the top 12 avalible What would you do? If Reyes is avalible he would be my second pick. I am also leaning toward Sizemore with the second pick if Reyes is gone. I think I have good power to start and I need steals.
My Keepers
M. Cabrera,Wright, Bay, Bruce, Tulo, Price, Soria, Verlander and Shields
Top players avalible
Pujols
Reyes
Sizemore
Howard
Utley
Fielder
Berkman
Morneau
Beltran
Holliday
Rollins
Soriano

Wow, what kind of league do you get to keep Cabrera and Wright and still get three first round picks?!? Damn.
I would pick Reyes or Sizemore at #3, and then if Utley is healthy anywhere near in time for opening day, I would take him at your #6 pick. You'd have a MONSTER middle infield if you got Reyes, and even if not you'd end up with a bunch of 1st round picks on your team.
Any openings in that league? hahaha

Good judgment here, and I agree.
As to openings in the league, who cares, he already has a lock with five 1st rounders.

A little history of my league. Its a four year keeper. we keep 9 players. The players listed are all avalible because their contracts ran out after the 2008 season. Nexts years draft will feature Hanley Ramirez, Ian Kinslar and Brandon Phillips. This years draft is a great one. I traded Maggs and Vlad to get M. Cabrera. I traded Johann Santana and Furcal to get the #3 pick in the draft. I won the lottery for the first pick inthe draft. The last three finishers go in a lottery .I traded my #1 pick in next years draft and my 6th round pick in this years draft for his # 1 ( 11th overall ) this year and his 6th round next year . I gave Adam Wainright in that deal.I traded Mark eixiera and my 4th round pick for Wright and his 6th round pick. Tex had two years left on his contract and Wright has three years left. So thats how I ended up Wright, Cabrera ad the three first round picks.I made all of these trades early after the season ended . My league mates normally fall in love with their players. Its a hard league to trade in most of the time..
