Paps over Nathan, straight up. But you will have to draft him 1-2 rounds earlier. So Nathan might be better value.

Either way, you can't lose.

I agree completely, Papelbon over Nathan for the reasons mentioned (more opportunites, Saito won't steal any)

but a few rounds later Nathan will be amazing solid ERA, Ks, and he will get his saves.

I think Nathan is a shade behind Papelbon simply because of fewer opportunities, but you really can't go wrong with either one.
