I have the top pick in a 5x5 draft, and we use OBP instead of AVG. I'm already leaning toward one player, but was interested in seeing other peoples' opinions and your reasons. Thanks for all input and WHIR.

It's so tough to pass on Pujols, especially when you're gonna get an extra boost from walks in his OBP. Then again, 1B is fairly deep.
Help?

Hanley without a doubt. Highest probability for a 5x5 player in the entire MLB. I wasn't sure if he was capable of producing without Miggy to back him up last season, but he completely proved me wrong. Go with Hanley.

Wright no questions asked.....3B is thin and you would have a legitimate 5 tool cat.

I think you have to go with Hanley. If it was OPS and AVE , then I would take Pujols.
With OPS instead of average , there's quite a few nice options at 1st base . Players like Dunn, Pena, and Giambi gain a lot of value since AVE is not a category.
