I was just being sarcastic = ;-7

Those who think Beckett earned this hype because of the playoffs are clearly misinformed.

I am not willing to rehash the Beckett arguments again - just know that Im the guy drafting him in the 6th if I can.

Sounds to me like you think that Beckett is a pretty good pick if your going to take him in the 6th?

That means most probably higher than:

Colon
K.brown
Santana
Petitte
Morris
Millwood
Loaiza
Nomo
W.Miller
Clemens

You think he's a better pick than these? :-?

I would definitely pick Beckett over all of those guys except maybe Brown. ;-)

I have Beckett rated no.17 just behind
14. Brown
15.Colon
16.Morris

I have Beckett ranked above all those guys including Brown.

Speaking of Brown, he's overrated this year.

1) He's old.
2) He's injury prone.
3) 21 of his 32 starts last year were at Dodger stadium.
4) His mysterious injury that made him miss his Coors field start last year(poor guy)
5) Now pitching in the AL against DH's

His last year's numbers are very deceiving. Don't be fooled!

You make some good points but he has averaged around 13 wins the past 10 years, injuries included. 8-o
