Canadian manager Ernie Whitt decided not to go with the team's best starter Scott Richmond to save him for a later elimination game, He instead opted for Mike Johnson, a journeyman who hasn't pitched in the majors since 2001.

The Americans are obviously heavy favourites, but I expect this one to be a pretty high-scoring affair.
