I don't think QS is better than W in any way, it isn't really worse either, they are just different. As for at least it takes out team bias, every stat in fantasy baseball includes at least a little team bias. R, RBI, W, ERA, WHIP all have extreme team bias in them. I don't think it is something you can really get away from.
