Well, you have given a single - 2 points (H+1B), but an RBI only 1 point. I'm not sure a 2 out single is more valuable than an RBI. I like the fact that you don't penalize for a K, but maybe also think about penalizing for hitting into a DP.
Is a save as valuable as a win? ... maybe/maybe not. A guy who has a 6 inning QS - say 3 runs on 6 hits, 4 Ks, 2 BBs generates 6 points if he is not involved in the decision. Is that OK compared to a guy who gets a 1 inning hold - 0 runs, 0 hits = 7 points? I don't have a good answer, but I would tend to say no. Also that SP generates 6 points over a 5 day period, which won't come close to the points a hitter generates over the same period. Depending on how many hitters and pitchers are in your lineups, there may be an unequal distribution of points.
