The old time nicknames told a lot about whay your teammates thought of you for instance:
Bubbles Hargrave- for his manliness.
Rube Waddell- due to his big city life style
Fatty Briody- for his love of healthy living
Old Hoss Radbourn - not sure what this meant, except that he was pretty much the man.
