Gallardo easily in a dynasty. He could be the next Lincecum.

Probably not a new Lincecum out there. The only 2 with a shot down the road might be Price or Kershaw.

I'd go with Gallardo. I don't believe Verlander will be as bad as last year, but his potential isn't quite as good as Gallardo's.
