Rotoquest took the initiative of creating projected lineups, so I thought i'd do the same by creating projected rotations. Job competitions and other starters who could have a fantasy impact this season are included (sort of like a depth chart).

Porcello is in the mix for the Tigers' #5, and the #5 on Chicago's North Side is Marshall's to lose.

Marshall hasn't locked anything up, but he's definitely the lead man for the spot.

Scott Richmond is going to make the Jays as a starter, I suspect. The other questionable spot will come down to Cecil, Clement, and Janssen (who may end up going to the bullpen, making this a two horse race by mid-March).

I don't think Hill has a spot locked up in WAS and I believe Jamie Garcia is out for the year.
