I don't target Victorino in drafts, but for this season, I do think he'll outperform all or most of the others on that list.

I'm with ya, but feeling like I missed a memo. What are people expecting from Victorino that warrants ranking him here? I double checked several projection sources, even Bill James (who should have a pie in the sky projection if anyone). Every source is looking at an average around .280, 12-14 HR, 85-90 runs, 50-55 rbis, and 25-28 steals. Even if I bump him up to last year's 36, which I don't think he'll repeat, I still see him below Dye, Ludwick, maybe a couple more.

I'm interested what people see him doing this year?

Victorino can steal 25 bases with both hamstrings strained. He should reach 40 this year.
