Well, it depends on the league setup and stats and on the current roster (I assume this is a keeper league), but I'd go with Johan and Pence. I like Hamilton, but he's a bit of a risk and I'm staying away from Oswalt this year... he seems to me like a meltdown waiting to happen.

Thanks for the help on mine.

I would say Santana and pence, Santana plays for a playoff team and has good k's and wins, Oswakt is average in K's and this might be the year he has a collapse, Pence is slightly younger and less injury prone, plus pence is least likley to have a relapse, thanks for help with mine

The verdict is still out on Johan's elbow; this could potentially be a huge problem. Without knowing your team, whether you have other pitchers to fall back on, and the setup of your league, I would go with the Oswalt/Hamilton side. Oswalt turned in a solid year last year (despite it being a "down year" for him). If you can afford to lose your ace, do it; the combination of the two more than gives you the advantage.

Oswalt and Hamilton.

Although, I think your team is solid either way.
