There is confusion in terminology here. Public leagues have no commissioner. Since this league has a commissioner, it is likely a private league that published openly for members to join.

Wow...this doesn't even make any logical sense....everybody in the league knows what he did....his eventual "victory" in September will mean absolutely nothing to any league mates....and how is he going to get any satisfaction out of it??
It's like he's just trying to boost his yahoo profile ranking...pretty sad..sorry to hear that man
Why don't they just get a house that's already painted?

That's what I was going to say.

Hmmm...sounds very similar to an experience I had last season in a Yahoo league. Wonder if it the same crooked commish? Is his Yahoo name "Jean F" with an email addy of
jeanfrederique@aol.com? He ruined the entire season from day one.
But...no...Yahoo will not interfere in private league matters. Maybe there should be a stipulation in the Yahoo rules that if that commissioner publishes his league (making it available for anyone to join)...then it technically becomes a public league...and they can step in. But...I guess that would make too much sense.

trust me - it happens WAY more often than you'd hope/think. they'd have to hire a whole new team just to deal with those cases if that were to become policy, so it at least doesn't make fiscal sense
kent, take a look at the commissioner's fantasy profile. what's his track record look like?

Got bored and found one with the same number of owners and settings as my main draft that is in 2 weeks. It was the last time for me though.
Why not just use a mock draft to practice?
