I say Quentin and Rios... Would give you another power bat, and speed with that combo... Arod and Berk stole 18 bases apeice last year and rios would add more to that total along with a decent average to go along with it... i really like Kemp, but hate that LA situation even if it doesn't effect his position with the team its still a distraction... i say Quentin a top 25 bat and Rios with good all around stats and a bare minimum a top 40-50 bat...
This is how I'd rank them. But since it looks like you are looking for speed, you could look at a Kemp/Rios combo, which gives you a nice mix of power and speed. If it is speed you want, I'd put Kemp over Quentin.
