Take it. Your pitching depth isn't much to speak of but Beltran is a 2nd rounder. Iannetta is serviceable at C and Matsuzaka is overrated, especially by that guy. It's an absolute steal for you. After you accept this trade, try to trade for a couple more good SPs, one in the Ervin Santana/James Shields range and one in the Greinke/Gallardo range.

I trade fielder (I have berkman and Delgado) for Dunn and sheilds

I would trade FOR beltran and keep fielder if at all possible

you should be able to trade beltran for a top 5 SP, which daisuke is not. and iannetta should put up good numbers for a C. do it.

dont really like the fielder trade unless the league has obp as a cat
