#7 Pick...WHO TO DRAFT??

Postby didders515 » Tue Mar 03, 2009 9:36 am

I"m in a 12 team H2H league with 2 divisions. Scoring is based on typical 5x5 categories.

I am currently up for choosing the #7 pick and I am torn between Cabrera, Sizemore, or Rollins. Current picks have been:

#1 - Hanley
#2 - ARod
#3 - Reyes
#4 - Wright
#5 - Pujols
#6 - Braun

I don't know if i go with the obvious power in Cabrera, or possibly the speed in Sizemore. Rollins is a possible pick because of the severe drop off in the SS position after him. Cabrera is only able to be put into the 1b category as well.

Any thoughts???

Cabrera. Sizemore only wins in sb. Rollins isn't close to pick 7.

Rollins should be in the picture, it's Miggy or Sizemore. I love both and actually have both in a keeper league. Two questions: is this a keeper league? Does Miggy currently have 3B eligibility in your league?

If it's a keeper league I'm going with Sizemore regardless
If it's non-keeper and Miggy doesn't have 3B I'm going with Sizemore
If it's non-keeper and Miggy DOES have 3B eligibility I'm going with Miggy. 3B is a tough position this year, it's real top heavy (ARod, Wright, Miggy), but then after a few more decent options (Chipper, Longoria, Aramis) I just don't like the options all that much, they're either a big step down or come with a good deal of risk.

Good luck! any help here?

any reason why you've started multiple threads on the same topic? viewtopic.php?t=369800

Give me Sizemore, the 5-tool aspect makes up for the bonus AVG that Cabrera will give you.

M-Cab. Sizemore is close. Rollins is not.

Do you think Sizemore's #'s will improve this year to make up for the difference in the RBIS and average I would lose by not going with Cabrera?

another vote for cabrera...who has the potential to give top five value if he gets his average back up...which he should.
