Beltran was taken right before my pick, so I went with Soriano.
I agree on Oswalt and I am still kicking myself. Started paniking when Webb, Lincecum, Johan, Hamels, Haren, Peavy, Billingsley and Derrick Lowe were all taken in the first two rounds.

How cool is that, you are in a baseball league with Derek Lowe's Mom. Defaulting to Soriano after Beltran was drafted was the right move.
I was a little suprised when I saw Lowe come up too. But it may have to do with this one league I am in. It is 10 teams w/ 40 man rosters. I was wrong earlier when I said it was 5 x 5. It is more of a simulation type thing. I am trying to figure it out when I get a few minutes between work and my draft pick. we each have an hour to make picks (and that totally sucks - it is going to take days, maybe weeks). We each have a home ballpark which is taken into account in the simulation. I have Wrigley Field. It is run by boxbaseball.com.
Now I gotta decide on my 4th round pick
My choices are Matt Kemp Brandon Phillips Adrian Gonzales Geo Soto Russell Martin Any Cubs Pitcher Ricky Nolasco Derrik Lee Garrett Atkins Ryan Ludwick Ben Sheets Edinson Volquez Carlos Delgado
I am leaning towards one of the catchers since that is kinda scarce position and their is a pretty good drop off after them.
If McCann is around I'd take him other than that I would go with Martin. Her can steal bases plus I have a strange feeling Soto's rookie year may be a fluke..
