I agree the MDP report is important, but some things to consider;

This is just the median point when a player is drafted, some players have a wide range of picks they can go in. If you feel strongly on a player, keep in mind that waiting until his MDP increases your chances of losing him to another team. A duh statement I know, but I can't count the amount of times I thought 'if I just wait one more round he'll still be there' on a player..
