I agree with the others... you have enough offensive depth and can acquire pitching without giving up Lackey.
I am a big fan of Liriano this year but Wainwright would be a good addition for this year and Price being a great option for 2010 and beyond.
When it comes to exaggerating, I always give 110%.

I usually play it safe but in this case I would roll with the biggest risk highest reward guy in Liriano. 2nd best is Wainwright in 2009. Different answer if this was 2010 and beyond.

I totally agree with this. Liriano definitely first (but i dont think he'd do this as hes up there with Lackey IMO). After that it depends on whether you want to focus on this year or beyond. I'd probably go with Price and hope he holds his own this year.
