Trade Lackey?(WHIR)

10 team Dynasty League. I just took over a vacant team and need a closer or two. It is a mixed H2H league, 6x6 stats including holds and Hits.

I have been offered BJ Ryan, Mike Gonzalez, and Justin Duchsherer for my John Lackey. What do you think?

If I do this which two players should I drop to add Ryan and Gonzalez?

Pass. I think that would be a bit too detrimental to your starting pitching. Is there a team that needs outfield help? You definitely have an abundance of talent there.

I would Pass too, that leaves you nothing but back of ritation starters, you could trade McLouth and Dukes for a good RP

I would pass on this deal and trade from the depth in your OF. You need Lackey to anchor the rotation.

Lackey has the potential to be an ace. I don't think your team can afford to give him up- if healthy he can be the anchor your rotation really needs. Also, I think you could get more quality players back in trade for him. I would not give him up for anything other than a quality talent in return. I say you pass on this one.

What if I counter with Wainwright, LIriano, Sheets, or Price instead of Duchsherer? He is pitcher heavy already and could afford to lose one of these guys. What do you guys think?

Take Sheets off of that list and I would do a trade involving any of the other 3 pitchers you named.
