you have a very good catcher
your CI positions are good, not great
your MI positions are a little on the weak side
your OF and util are soft, I don't think you can win with that as your OF.

you have two stud starters and a very solid RP core.
maddux is a question mark, but let's give him the benefit of the doubt...

you need to find a good 4th starter...

I'd try to get a top outfielder to replace jones and a stud young pitcher, (maybe a webb or something like that) for schilling and then try to get another good young pitcher for garret anderson ...

i don't really like that thought... what are some of the FA available?
