Keep 5 - suggested trades?

16 team weekly H2H league. Can roll over any 5 players from previous years team.
Here are my top 7:
A-Rod
M-Cab
Lincecum
Ryan Howard
BJ Upton
Jay Bruce
Adam Wainright

The five keepers are probably pretty straight up -- A-Rod, MCab, Lincecum, Howard ,Upton. The question is, what is Bruce's value in a keeper league where you can keep your top five players year in and year out? He was solid but not spectacular last year, but potential is huge.

Do I try and package Bruce with one other keeper and go after a top five player like Hanley Ramirez?

I've been considering offering Bruce and Upton for Hanley, or even Howard/Bruce for Hanley.
