i've been offered a trade from someone involving him, decent deal but ive never even considered looking at this guy...will he put up numbers like last year and improve or back to the past couple seasons of average...
green is involved in the deal and i think he has an upside to him this year but again i never dfocused myself at looking at lee...
id like to hear the opinions of others and how you rank his numbers to be this year...label a stud or no....?

I have him as my 2nd of 4 OF in one league. Haven't looked a this numbers in a bit, but I rank him fairly high as far as OF go.

He's only 27 yrs old. there is no reason to believe his numbers will decline. If anything his homers may increase and SB's decrease a little. The only thing that may hurt him is if Ordonez would get traded. Thier friendship and the protection factor in the batting order. He might not see as many heaters without Mags.

this being said would you do a deal in giving up a better pitcher on your staff and shawn green for a little less in pitching and lee...
i guess im asking if lee is much more valueable than green regardless of the pitchers involved...

Carlos Lee has had almost identical numbers the past 4 seasons, the only thing that changed with him between 2002 and 2003 were his number of AB's. If he gets his AB's he is a stud, if not, he will be merely above average.
