I'd dump Konerko for Milledge.

Drop Konerko/Posada for Iannetta. Milledge is better but he'll never play in your lineup so he's useless to you, same with Konerko. Posada is a big question mark and Iannetta is the better option anyway but drop Konerko if you want to keep Posada.
