Trouble with league invite with CBS

I hope you guys can help. I'm a commish of a longstanding keeper league. One of the owners folded and I have sent the new owner an invite to join, and the site won't let him.

Any ideas?

In the email it has the league abbreviation and password. He says he types them in and the site tells him to wait 5 minutes.
It's been a day though.. way more than 5 minutes..

I had an owner quit and i just changed the old owners email to the new owners email and sent a new invite and it worked. If this does not help call,email or IM CBS's help hotline.
