Taking CC over Timmy and Johan right?

I know that Lincecum is supposed to be the number one pitcher and I will have a shot at any of them and I was planning on taking Lincecum with my 2nd pick but after reviewing my league I think I should take CC as my top pitcher. Im basically looking for people to agree with this.

based on this, I think I have to go CC right? Or am I overthinking the obvious pick?
