Lofton will probably get 300-400 at bats even with Sheffield in the lineup. So he'll still help with batting average and grab enough steals to be taken. He should also score a ton of runs if he's batting first in the lineup most days.
I'll hold off theorizing about the other two, but I wouldn't have them on my team.

I guess I should have stated it right away, but if Sheffield id out lets say 2-3 months for argument sake....
Lofton should see 400-500 at bats IMO
And obv clark and lee had no value until now but does one of them play everyday for the first month or two... with Bernie moving to right and giambi DH. CLark has been killing the ball so far.

Wouldn't this move Bernie Williams back to the outfield, leaving someone else to DH?

He should be back for the first games after Japan.

CBS is saying Sierra would be first in line for outfield duty.

The two-to-three months prognostication is a worst-case scenario, so hold your cards on Sheffield until the hand expert has a chance to check things out. If Shef will be sidelined for any significant amount of time, you might see Bernie Williams slide over to right, with Kenny Lofton in center, Travis Lee at first, and Jason Giambi at DH. Or the Yankees could go get Magglio Ordonez.
