Who would you chose out of these players to pick on waivers?

I don't understand the need to burn waiver claims like water especially immediatly following a draft. All of those guys will clear waivers, at worst maybe one gets picked up. How silly will you feel when you burn a claim on trash like Hermida and then someone in your league does something stupid like this...

I had the #1 claim in this league and I didn't even burn it on V-Mart despite the fact that I have Gerald Laird at catcher. The catcher spot just isn't valuable enough to me. I'm waiting for a drop like Pat Burrell or Clayton Kershaw, or even something bigger than that, it happens.

I wouldn't burn a waiver on any of those guys but when/if they clear here's my order:

Cameron
Hermida
Winn
Willingham

But wait till they clear

Don't use your waivers on any of those guys. I'd pick up Cameron when he clears. He's got 20/20 potential and is still a valuable fantasy player even with his low batting average.

how does the waiver process work?? when do players clear????

Depends on the league, but usually 2 days after the draft or after the player has been dropped. they become a free agent and you can pick them up without losing your waiver priority.
