Blockbuster trade...WHIR

After going back and force with offers numerous times, the other owner has offered me his
Chone, Loney, Mauer, Johan, and Weaver for my Ellsbury, Vlad, and Halladay

I would be forced to drop 2 players after the trade, which would probably be J. Baker and Jered Weaver...am I getting enough value to take the trade without improving my team in needed categories? I feel that my weakness is power and RBI's with Starting Pitching as my strength. If not this trade, what can I counter with to help my team...we had talked about me giving up Vlad, Ellsbury, and Halladay for his Mauer, Carlos Lee, and Johnny Damon. Thoughts?

It's still not enough, Ellsbury is Figginsx100. As much as I like Loney, the offer just doesn't cut it.

Thanks for the replies, what do you think about my Vlad, Ellsbury, and Halladay for his Carlos Lee, Johnny Damon, and Joe Mauer? I feel like I could use a couple more bats in my lineup and could take the hit of losing Halladay from my rotation.
