The key here is Santana's health. If he's going to miss some time, I would do the trade. If Santana is good to go, you keep Fielder. Monitor Santana's ST closely.

What do you think of me trading Hermida, and Huston street for Carlos Quentin, I have Paplebon and Devine as RP as well and he only has Marmol and Hanrahan.

I would definitely look to move Fielder, but i dont think ur Pitching staff needs that much improvement. Keep prince til u find a better deal
