Quentin put up better way better stats in cats like OPB, OPS, and SLG% and hit far more homers last season, but A-Ram blew him away in runs scored, RBI's, and multi base hits. The batting averages are pretty much the same and neither will steal many bases. I think Quentin improves slightly this season and based on production alone, I'd probably draft him 1st. With third base being so shallow, I doubt you'd hear any snickers from your league if you went with A-Ram. Just remember A-Ram has likely reached his ceiling, Quentin is just getting started.

really depends on need and who else you've got. i prefer the upside quentin possesses, but aramis is certainly safer. if you have a few risky players on your team already and need a third baseman, go aramis. if you can afford to take a bit of a risk, go quentin and grab a third baseman like beltre or encarnacion later. they're close in terms of pure production.

If you are in a position to take a bit of a risk for a huge potential gain, then go with Quentin. I do think Aramis is the safer bet, but it seems like Quentin is legit, has a higher ceiling at the moment, and will continue to feel comfortable with the NL central after a year like last season.
can you help here?
