I trade: 9th round pick(108th) & 12th round pick(138th) for OF Ichiro & 17th round draft pick.

This is a no brainer right? And he should replace Dunn on the Keeper list right or Vlad since he is wearing down.

League is H2h with R, HR, RBI, SB, BA, K, W, SV, ERA, & WHIP.

Make the trade, but replace Matsuzaka not Dunn. If you really want to keep a pitcher, you should be keeping Haren and not Dice-K.
