I am in a very deep league and have been offered Cliff Lee for Nick Markakis. Here is the league info:

14 teams
34 players per team
9 keepers

My keepers are:

N. Markakis
B. Upton
C. Jones
C. Lee
C. Figgins
J. Nathan
K. Wood
R. Oswalt

My first 2 picks will be the 8th & 22nd. I am not sure if I should take my chances on getting good SP in the draft or go ahead with this trade. Any help would be appreciated.

Don't do it...take your chances on pitchers in the draft. Markakis is worth way more than Lee.
