This guy has done well when called on by Pittsburgh in limited usage the last two years. He'll finally get regular playing time, so will he continue to blossom or fall on his face? I was skeptical, but watching him his dingers in both Pittsburgh spring training games so far, I'm starting to believe...

My concern is will he get enough playing time. I have him as my
5th outfielder(drafted in 25th round). What do you Pirates fans
think?

That's what I'm wondering, myself. I'm from PA, but by no means a Pirates fan. Wilson's appeal also lies in his multiple eligibility. He's eligible at catcher, first base and outfield right now. I'm assuming Jason Bay, Mondesi and Tike Redman will make up the outfield on a normal basis, and of course Jason Kendall will be behind the plate. However, Wilson could start regularly at first base I'm assuming.

I'm a fan too, but only because he qualifies at Catcher. He could hit .280/25/80 and that puts him as a 6-8 ranked catcher. He definitely has value. If he doesn't qualify at catcher in your league, then he's a late round 3rd or 4th OFer.
