Championship Banner

Hey all,

I am a commish in one of the Cafe Leagues (Cold Stove - we are drafting right now if anyone is interested in some early results) and I (along with the one and only AussieDodger) decided to put together a website for our league. I'll cut to the chase. We are looking to have a past champions section where championship banners are displayed. Something similar to this http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3150/2596933496_ed3c93140a.jpg?v=0. Clean but elegant. I am looking for a combination of these elements:

-The team name and the winning manager (in this case it would be "Snakes" for team name and Snakes Gould for manager)
-Year (2008)
-Name of League (Cold Stove League)
-Some sort of symbol that would represent our league (a frozen baseball perhaps - be creative if you wish)

Those are the basic elements. Feel free to use your imagination though. As a last note, and this may be impossible or extremely difficult (I have a very limited background in graphic design) but I think it would be cool if the banner were waving as if it was in the rafters. Just a slight wave or something to that effect.

considering there are at least 3 very good artists in our very league, you should have tried to ask there first (or reply back to your ow nrequest thread in a shorter time than 16 days )
