Just out of curiosity.....

WOW. OK I guess my guess is as good as the next guys.
1-Price: 2.6/Walk/9 5.8 Hit/9 Those are SICK stats. His K/9 was not great but it was in the minors so it should come up
2-Scherzer: 10.6 K/9 & 3.4 Walk/9 & 7.7 H/9
3-Joba: 10.6 K/9 & 3.5 Walk/9 & 7.8 H/9 Just took Scherzer over him due to my Yankee bias
4-Kershaw: 8.4 K/9 & 4.4 Walk/9 along with a 9.1 H/9 his line is the worst but he is the youngest
Again just a guess.

What do all scouts salivate over, Lefty power pitchers who can pitch. We have two in this group and we could simply rank them starting there, but only one pitcher on this list has performed at a high level in the bigs for an extended time so we could start there, but only one name on the list seems to always pop up whenever scouts (the supposed experts) drool over potential and that name is:
1. Price
2. Joba
3. Kershaw
4. Scherzer
I tried to work a little philosophy into this ranking.
