Dynasty League: Reyes or Cabrera

Hey, I'm stuck with the decision of picking either Jose Reyes or Miggy in my Dynasty League. The cats are the standard 5 plus OBP. Who should I pick? I'm leaning towards Miggy b/c of his power, and OBP. I figuire I can get steals later, but I really like the SS eligibility of Reyes.

Miggy, Reyes is a bit of a one trick pony. I'd rather gamble that Rollins would fall to me in round 2.
