Great offense, not great pitching.

Your staff has potential, but you don't have one guy you just KNOW is going to have a good year. I personally think Shields and Garza will be managable starters. The others I have doubts about.

You need pitching, both types.

People I would consider trading: Hamilton, Howard, Soto, Bay But these are good players, only trade them if your getting SOLID RELIABLE pitching help.

Search the waiver wire for closers when the time comes.
