Parra has the potential for the biggest upside so I would go that route.

I'd prefer to take a shot on Morrow, who is now a lock in the rotation to start the season.

I would pick up Guthrie at this point. I would hold onto Hafner just to see how his shoulder is through ST. I would drop Sandoval. His only value is at C and you are not going to play him there. Also you need to trade one of Mauer or Martin. No use having a top 3 C sitting on your bench.
