Who should i target in a keeper league.

Definitly Milledge. He just seems to want it more. Dukes is crazy, attempting to smash Dave Bush's face open with his batting helmet, an alleged murder plot against his wife ... the guy should be in prison and probably will be some day (like father - like son, his father is in prison for murder now). Dukes is too much of a loser in life to ever be a winner in the MLB. That's just my personal opinion.

Dukes is the better player. Better plate discipline, more power - more likely to be in a run producing spot. Milledge will have more speed, but he could also end up being Corey Patterson.
