Davis or Votto?

Who would you rather have? Craig Davis (1B/3B) or Joey Votto (1B). This is for real life, so defense, OBP, peripherals all count. Also, Davis is signed for 6-8 years and Votto is for 5-7. I'm thinking about accepting the deal, because of the defensive and OBP benefits Votto provides me.

Since I don't know who CRIAG Davis is, I'd have to go Votto. However, CHRIS Davis is probably better than both.
