I run a 12-team head to head keeper league and I recently switched stat providers. I like the new provider(I use to have them under their old name), however, I am responsible for setting the schedule. Talk about a nightmare! Are there any sites that help set up schedules? Thanks in advance!

Kind of a cheap way to do it but you could just set up a dummy league on ESPN or something, input all the team names, and have it generate a schedule for you. Then just copy that over to your league.

It is a major nightmare, but if you get a formula it can ususally work out.
The season is 26 weeks long. I would guess your playoffs are four weeks if not you can adjust.
If you only have one division then each team plays each other twice for a 22 week regular season. This is the simplest way to do it, 12 teams is a good even number.

just do what Trojan Pony said. Set up a league and let them generate a schedule for you.

How many weeks are the playoffs, do you take All-Star week off, and how many teams and divisions? Give me this info, and I can write a schedule in 20 minutes.
Or you can do the ESPN thing like others suggested.
