I agree, a trade should only be vetoed if collusion is evident
That deal seems pretty fair to me which in no way supports a veto

you wanting to veto this trade makes me wonder how it is that they allow you as commisioner. "I dont like it so I will veto it" That is just plain awful.
How do you see that as a total one sided deal?
