I chose choice 1. I'm hoping no one would tank on purpose. The stigma of finishing last and having us all around to rub it in would keep me from wanting it.

My league has always done it a little differently.

You go in reverse order, but instead of automatically being the first pick, the last place team gets to choose the draft slot they want and so on.

My guess is that in a keeper league #1 would almost always be the optimal choice.

Most of the time the first pick takes #1, yes, but then it can get a little interesting depending on who is available, team needs, etc.

I like either leting the last place person pick or just reverse order as long as we can trade picks, (I hope we can trade picks this year as well

I guess you could hold a lottery of the bottom 4 teams for their choice of pick, but then you could have the teams around 11th place tanking to get into the lottery.
