im in a 10 team keeper elague and we can only keep 5 players. Note that players kept count as their round drafted. so i play on keeping m cabrera a sec round, pedroia (10th rd) bay (9th rd) and longoria (15th rd). so i have hamels (5th) as a possibility but i also have Kemp (8th) or i have a deal in place to trade kemp for soria (16th rd). do i pull the trigger on that trade or just keep kemp?

Soria in the 16th is good value but I would stick with Kemp in the 8th

5 keepers should be:
MCAB
Pedroia
Bay
Longoria
Hamels

Thanks for the help. I have decided to forgo the trade (keep kemp) so i have 7 players that i will need to cut down to 5
M cabrera-2nd rd
beltran-3rd rd
hamels 5th rd
kemp-8th rd
bay 9th rd
pedroia- 10th rd and
longoria 15th rd
i am leaning toward cabrera bay kemp pedroia and longoria: do you guys agree??

I agree with your selections.
Kemps value as an 8th rounder is better than Hamels as a 5th, IMO.

Keep:
Cabrera (2)
Hamels (5)
Kemp (8)
Pedroia (10)
Longoria (15)
Could see Bay(9) instead of Hamels(5), but its hard to pass on Hamels
