As of now, I'm in agreement with you except:

I'm leaning towards Soria over Uggla; and between the OF's, leaning towards Magglio over Dunn.

I would ussually say keep dunn.....but you cannot keep Uggla, Howard and Dunn. That would kill your average. If you do go with dunn make your first 2 picks average guys (kendrick, Polanco,....etc)

I wouldn't normally say to keep 2 closers , but I'm not a fan of Dunn or Uggla . Too much drain on batting average. You won't have to reach for a closer while others will be. You already have power with Howard and Cabrera.

Your top 8 are pretty clear cut IMO...

After that you basically come down to 2 between Uggla, Maggs, Soria and Dunn...

Taking both Uggla and Dunn on top of Howard would be rough on the old BA, and I dont like keeping 2 closers because they can be found throughout the year.

So, for your last two slots I'd go with Uggla and Maggs...

If you like Dunn a lot better than Uggla for whatever reason swap them and pick up a 2B fairly early in the draft.
