What could I do to improve this team?

After some trades my team now looks like this. I don't feel it is good enough but I am not sure what I should do.

I feel like I could use another good SP but I don't think I have enough good bats to trade away for one. An upgrade in the OF would be nice too but I can't come up with any ideas.

Try packaging Hidalgo and Looper (or Julio) together to get an upgraded OF. I think Hidalgo will have a bad year since he always follows a good year with a bad year. Try to find someone with a good backup OF and no relief pitching and they should bite on this trade.
