OK, so i pulled off the deal to get phillips.

Now to supplement, Im put out this offer:

I trade phillips and the 10th pick
I get Utley and the 19th pick.

Its a 4 keeper league so we are talking swapping basically my 5th round pick for his 6th round pick

This to me is a no brainer. Utley is so much better than Phillips in my eyes, that its worth the drop of 9 picks.
