I'm pretty sure the rule is 130 AB, 50 IP, or 45 days on the MLB roster. Fowler is way under 130 AB and I doubt he was called up to make it that long on the roster.


Well, that criteria makes him a rookie not a minor leaguer.

I would just add Fowler or Feliz to your majors roster. But if I HAD to cut someone, it would be Beckham.
