I'm in a dynasty league with 6 minor leage slots. I somehow have 7 guys right now and have to cut one of them. Honestly I prefer guys who are still a year away because my roster is a bit overcrowded right now.
Here's my list:
Neftali Feliz Jason Heyward Rick Porcello Mike Stanton Dexter Fowler Logan Morrison Gordon Beckham
Beckham would be the guy I'd cut. I think he has the lowest upside. But he may have more "trade" value than a guy like Morrison. I'd keep Fowler just based on the trade value you could get for him, if you don't want him on your roster, or don't have room.
Logan Morrison falls outside of my top 30. I'd drop him.

I'm pretty sure the rule is 130 AB, 50 IP, or 45 days on the MLB roster. Fowler is way under 130 AB and I doubt he was called up to make it that long on the roster.
